A Security Deposit (SD) is a refundable amount that is pre-authorised during online check-in and returned after your stay, provided no damage, excess cleaning, or additional charges are identified.
An Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) is a non-refundable fee available on selected villas that covers accidental and unintentional minor damage during your stay, up to £600.
Unlike a Security Deposit, the ADW helps limit guest liability for eligible accidental damage and no large pre-authorised deposit is required. Please note, the ADW does not cover negligence, misuse, parties/events, theft, or failure to follow the villa House Rules.
