What is your Flexible Policy?

Our flexible policy lets you change your villa, dates, or destination free of charge up to 12 weeks before departure.

If your circumstances change after booking but remain outside the 12-week window, you can pay your balance through your My Villa Plus account and opt to receive a flexible policy voucher for the full booking value. This voucher can be used to rebook a different villa, date, or destination on our website and is valid for two weeks.

Please note that this policy does not apply to £100 low deposit bookings or those made under the Saver policy. Or cases where a voucher has already been used on your reservation.
