When is my balance due?

If booked under the flexible policy, your final balance is due in full 12 weeks prior to your arrival.

The exact date can be found either on your confirmation email or within your My Villa Plus account under the Balance Payment tab.

If you have booked under the £100 low deposit option or set up a direct debit, the final date of your payment can be found within your direct debit confirmation email.
