Access information for your villa will be available 4 days before your arrival after check-in is complete.
A security deposit is payable as part of your check-in process and pre-authorisation of a credit/debit card, like hotels do, 4 days before your arrival. Assuming you leave the accommodation in good condition, Villa Plus will release the pre-authorisation within 28 days of your departure date from the villa.
The travel information includes:
- Directions to your villa
- Instructions on how to access and secure your villa
- Contact numbers of your in-resort representative
- Private transfer information (if booked)
- Car hire voucher (if booked)
You must submit passport details for all your guests (including children and infants) before travel as a legal requirement in your destination. This can be done via your My Villa Plus account any time after the booking is made and up until the day before departure. You can find the list of guests under the 'Check-in' section.
Once you have provided passport information to us, our resort team will pass these details to the local authorities on your behalf.
