If you wish to pursue a complaint on your return to the UK, then all complaints must be made by email or in writing by the lead named traveller only and no other members of the party, to the UK Villa Plus Customer Service Team, within 14 days of your return home to: Post-TravelComplaints@villaplus.com
All complaints must be in English and please include any photos or videos that you feel are relevant to your complaint.
Please note that we do not accept complaints made through a 3rd party portal or website, such as Resolver. Any claims made more than 90 days after your return date will not be considered, except in respect of claims involving death and personal injury.
