When will I receive my security deposit back?

Assuming the villa is not damaged upon check out, the pre-authorisation will be released to you within 28 days of your departure from the villa. 

If the villa has been left in appropriate condition, you will simply see this amount released back to your balance and nothing pending with your bank. Please note no refund will show on your statement as no debit was charged. If it's not yet been 28 days, please allow for this time for this to be released if it hasn't already.

If any damage have been identified, you will be notified separately by our teams.
