What is a Security Deposit?

As part of your online check-in process, you are required to submit travel documentation and pre-authorise a security deposit payment, 4 days prior to your arrival. The amount can be viewed under the ' House Rules ' section on your chosen villa page. If the security deposit is not paid as part of the check-in process, you will not be able to access your travel document information.  If you decline to pay the security deposit required, you will not be able to access the villa and no refund will be issued.  Assuming the villa is not damaged upon check out, the payment will be pending and will be released to you within 28 days of your departure from the villa. If any damage has been identified, you will be notified separately by our teams.
