If you need to make changes to your reservation, you may be eligible to use our Cooling Off Policy. This is available for 72 hours from the date and time your booking is made and allows the deposit you’ve paid to be redeemed as a voucher, valid for two weeks, which can be applied to a new booking on our website, provided your original booking was made under the flexible policy.
Please note that the Cooling Off Policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings, bookings made under the £100 low deposit policy, or reservations where a voucher has already been used.
To use this option, login in to your My Villa Plus account and navigate to the "Amend / Cancel" section where you will be presented with your options. Once your booking is cancelled, a voucher for your full deposit paid will be issued immediately via email without any administrative fees. This voucher code must be redeemed when making your new booking and remains valid for 2 weeks.
