Can I drop my bags off earlier than 4pm?

You can check into your villa at 4pm on your arrival day and are required to leave the villa at 10am on your departure day. Bag drop may be available in some resorts from midday, but we ask that you liaise with your resort team regarding this option, 2 days prior to your departure. We would kindly ask that you do not attempt to fully occupy the villa before 4pm, as it’s important that the housekeeping team are able to perform their duties without interruption. 


Please note: We cannot accept any requests for early check In.
