Can I amend my booking to a different villa or date?

Yes, if you have selected our Flexible Booking option at the time of booking, you are entitled to one fee free amendment as long as your departure date is outside of 12 weeks.

• Please log in to your My Villa Plus booking portal > "Amend / Cancel" tab where we offer our Flexible booking policy voucher.
• To action the change, you will first need to pay the final balance on your booking at the time you wish to make the amendment.
• Once you’ve paid the final balance on your original booking, you’ll receive an amendment voucher code for the full value of that booking. The voucher is valid for two weeks and can be applied on the payment screen allowing you to rebook a new villa, date or destination.
• N.B Only one fee-free amendment per booking, further amendments up to 12 weeks before departure or any amendments within 12 weeks of arrival are subject to our usual booking conditions with amendment fees.
• Any vouchers applied to the original booking cannot be re-used or claimed against your new reservation.

Please note; if you have selected our Saver policy or £100 low deposit option at the time of booking, no amendments are permitted.
